The Top 2-3 to You?
As you consider and think about the Great 8 Principles, what are the 2-3 that are the most important to you?
If you wish to share, which (of the eight) do you see as the one you could use the most improvement with?

RELATE EVALUATE (which my manager doesn't really do) CREATE
Evaluate and Create are the tops in my mind, just because of the consistently changing times we are in, those who do not do these two steps, tend to fall into a new darwinism, business darwinism!
1-COMMUNICATE is #1 for me as successful LEADERS need to search for and utilize effective methods to regularly communicate with their teams.
2-RELATE is #2 for me because experience has shown and proven to me that effective and successful LEADERS thrive when they treat others as they would want to be treated.
Relate Communicate Evaluate These are my top three because when I was in corporate america these were the things that were missing in a manager employee relationship and I think all upper management struggles with these in their career.

Relate

Evaluate

Relate; Communicate; Evaluate
For me, Comm. and relate the top 2 for leaders.
For communication -- vision, upward flow of communication, and sharing your wisdom/experiences are keys for successful leaders.
For relate -- 360 degree feedback is HUGE! As is trust. Key passalong here is the relationship between leader and subordinate...they are not buddies!
Communicate, Evaluate and Facilitate would be my top 3.
Communication to me is paramount, everything else will only be developed through strong communication skills.
